	陆友物流成立于2004年4月在北京成立，注册资金250万美元，由中信集团、ZERO、商船三井和住友商事共同出资组建。2021年7月，ZERO收购商船三井和住友商事的股份，控股65%。 ZERO SCM was established in Beijing in Apr.2004 and was invested by CITIC Group (35% of share), ZERO Corp.(25% the share), Mitsui O.S.K lines (21% of share), Sumitomo Corp. (19% of share）with registered capital of US 2,500,000.
